VACCINE FAQ'S - Some helpful answers to common questions

So I recently received an email from a friend who had a lot of questions about the Covid Vaccines. I provided some answers as best as I could on these vaccines, and I'm hoping they were helpful. But I thought that this information might be helpful to others as well so I'm posting the contents of that email to you as well, hoping that this helps you in your own journey to be informed.

1. MORTALITY

   1. WHAT IS THE MORTALITY RATE FOR COVID IN ADULTS?

      1. One of the most comprehensive studies done on Covid mortality rates was done by Dr. John Ioannidis of Stanford - one of the preeminent experts on epidemiology - and his study found that the most accurate estimate for mortality rate among people younger than 70 years old was 0.05%. It’s obviously higher in those over 70. You can read his study here

      2. This study explains why getting a true IFR (infection fatality ratio) is so difficult, but he does conclude that it is far less deadly the younger and healthier you are, and that it has gotten less deadly over time as better treatments have emerged.

   2. WHAT IS THE MORALITY RATE FOR COVID IN CHILDREN?

      1. From all the evidence I’ve seen, there is a clear consensus that mortality from Covid-19 among children is incredibly low. It’s hard to pin down actual numbers, but this does seem to be the general consensus. I do notice that in an attempt to make Covid seem scarier for kids, they’ve started to talk about a new boogeyman called “long Covid” which is basically speculation about symptoms that “may” last a long time after having it. But regardless, it is pretty undeniable in the scientific literature that Covid is not a serious threat to children

      2. There are also many studies that show that Covid-19 transmission from child to adult is also very rare. These are two reasons why I try to tell parents that Covid is NOT an issue for children, and any fears they have about risks are vastly exaggerated.

      2. According to this article and most numbers I’ve been able to find, the average yearly mortality rate for the flu is 0.1%. That means that if the Covid mortality rate I mentioned earlier was 0.05% for people under 70, you can see why people say this pandemic, statistically speaking, is less deadly than the flu. If we’re speaking about those over 70, that isn’t as true.

2. LONG TERM EFFECTS

   1. WHAT IS THE PERCENT OF PEOPLE WITH LONG LASTING EFFECTS FROM COVID?

      1. So this is a topic I haven’t done a lot of research on but I’ve heard a lot of experts say is essentially fear mongering. Essentially, they know the Covid is less deadly in those who are younger, so they created a boogeyman called Long Covid to scare people into thinking that even if you don’t die from Covid, you could get these big scary bad things. A couple of thoughts on these:

         1. There is absolutely no evidence that these negative symptoms are permanent or long lasting. It’s purely speculation at this point.

         2. There are good treatments that would help people avoid these nasty symptoms. These are entirely preventable.

   1. WHAT IS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PFIZER VACCINE? (PERCENT)

      1. The CDC claims that the Pfizer vaccine at “preventing symptomatic Covid-19.” Here’s that report

      2. There’s a few things you should know when considering that:

         1. There are a ton of studies showing that natural immunity from Covid is far superior to any purported protection offered by the shot. Here’s a few I found:

         2. Getting the shot AFTER having contracted Covid is risky. Some studies suggest that you have 4 times higher risk of adverse reactions to the vaccine if you’ve had Covid

   2. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF STILL BEING CONTAGIOUS AFTER BEING VACCINATED?

      1. This one is actually quite easy. The vaccines never promised to stop transmission of the virus, they only promised to reduce YOUR symptoms. Consider the following:

         5. There are also studies that show that the benefit of vaccinating for those who have already had Covid and recovered is very low. Consider this study from the Cleveland Clinic:

   3. WHAT ARE THE ACTUAL NUMBERS OF PEOPLE WITH ADVERSE EFFECTS FROM VACCINES?

      1. Okay, now we get to the truly difficult place to get hard numbers and stats. The reason for this is not that they don’t exist, but because there is such a massive and concerted effort to hide, censor and suppress any evidence or stories about the supposed side effects and deaths occurring. For that reason, the true scale of the adverse effects is difficult to track, but I will try my best to provide you with as much literature as I can that gives you a good idea of the scale.

         5. The Canadian system for reporting adverse effects is fundamentally broken, as only doctors can submit these and there are huge barriers in place to submitting such reports.

            2. There has been at least two stories that I know of, of doctors who were reprimanded or shut down for merely trying to report legitimate cases of adverse effects among their patients

            2. Each year, more than 165 million Americans get the flu shot. There were 85 reported deaths following influenza vaccination in 2017; 119 deaths in 2018; and 203 deaths in 2019

            3. Between mid-December 2020 and April 23, 2021, at which point between 95 million and 100 million Americans had received their COVID-19 shots, there were 3,544 reported deaths following COVID vaccination, or about 30 per day

            4. In just four months, the COVID-19 vaccines have killed more people than all available vaccines combined from mid-1997 until the end of 2013 — a period of 15.5 years

            5. As of April 23, 2021, VAERS had also received 12,618 reports of serious adverse events. In total, 118,902 adverse event reports had been filed (keep in mind that these are seriously underreported. The true number could be well over 10 times that amount, which is stated in the article itself - my note)

            6. In the European Union, the EudraVigilance system had as of April 17, 2021, received 330,218 injury reports after vaccination with one of the four available COVID vaccines, including 7,766 deaths

            7. I think the stat that was most damning was the following

            8. 165 million Americans got the flu shot in 2019 with 203 deaths

            9. By April 2021, over 100 million Americans got the Covid shot with 3,544 deaths (that we know of).

   4. WHAT ARE THE LONG LASTING EFFECTS LINKED TO THE VACCINES? (ARE THESE SPECULATIONS ONLY?)

      1. There are some very serious and long lasting health impacts from the vaccines. Clearly the most serious of these is death, yet it should be noted that the vaccines hurt the young as equally as they hurt the old, whereas Covid primarily hurts the elderly. Let’s go through some of these in detail:
