THE TEN ARTICLES I MOST RECOMMEND READING WHEN RESEARCHING MASKS

Danny Kanter

Since the beginning of the Covid Pandemic, I have done an extraordinary amount of research regarding masks. It can be daunting, as the sheer volume of information is massive and it can be extremely difficult to discern the competing evidence. I wanted to help provide everyone with a list of the best articles I have found regarding the mask science. These are must read articles that summarize, analyze and interpret so much of the science you need to know. Consider it a great head start in your own efforts to be acquainted with the science out there. You don't have to be intimidated. The information is here, and you are smart enough to understand it all (despite what the media and those in power want you to think). Feel free to share this as well with those you care about.

As always, I want to help you be Shrewd in everything you do, so I'm always happy to do the hard work to help out! Hope you enjoy it! Happy reading!

Danny - The Shrewd Dudes Podcast

1) BROWNSTONE INSTITUTE - "More than 150 Comparative Studies and Articles on Mask Ineffectiveness and Harms"

This article analyzes over 150 mask studies and analyzes the results. It is very dense but a solid resource for you to examine.

2) SWISS POLICY RESEARCH - "Are masks effective? The evidence."

The editors of this publication have done a very thorough analysis of the existing evidence regarding masks. They update it regularly and have great graphics to illustrate the various evidence.

3) AMERICAN INSTITUTE FOR ECONOMIC RESEARCH - "Masking: A careful review of the evidence."

If you haven’t yet explored AIER, you should. In this article, they analyze in depth the research available at the time and give you a lot of very helpful insight into the science behind masking.

4) CHILDREN’S HEALTH DEFENSE - "The risks vs. benefits of face masks. Is there an agenda?"

A short essay but it does a very effective job of presenting the various arguments from pro-mask advocates and why they fall short. Filled with a lot of sources you can examine yourself.

5) STEVE KIRSCH SUBSTACK - "Masks fail their latest test in Bangladesh"

Steve Kirsch is on the cutting edge of Covid research. His articles are always densely packed with a ton of research, sources and science. You will always learn something amazing reading from his substack. In regard to masks, one particular article he shared has links to all of his related posts on masks. You will likely spend hours going through all of the research, but it is an incredible repository of facts and science.

6) SPEAKING ABOUT NEWS - "Twenty reasons mandatory face masks are unsafe, ineffective, and immoral."

This article is from January of 2021, but it still holds up extremely well. It outlines twenty reasons why facemarks are unsafe, ineffective and immoral. Full of links and solid studies, you will learn a lot about the science behind masks and what does and doesn’t work.

7) PRINCIPIA SCIENTIFIC - "65 Studies reveals face masks do cause physical harm."

In this analysis from Principia Scientific, you will discover that masks are far from harmless. They analyze a very important Meta-Analysis that outlines the incredible harms that excessive mask wearing can cause.

8) "MASKS DON’T WORK: A REVIEW OF SCIENCE RELEVANT TO COVID-19 SOCIAL POLICY"

Written by an expert in the scientific literature regarding transmission, this masterful essay by Denis G. Rancourt was massively influential when it was first published. It analyzed and summarized the existing science on masking up to that point (June 2020) and quite effectively argues that given the lack of difference between the Covid virus and previous viruses, he concludes that masking to prevent viral transmission is a foolish proposition. The current science has proven him right.

9) CITY JOURNAL - "Do masks work?"

An essay written in City Journal does a very effective job of summarizing and analyzing the trajectory of mask science and how it developed over time. If you prefer reading an article style piece with stories and evidence combined, you will enjoy reading this article.

10) LIFESITE NEWS - "47 studies confirm ineffectiveness of masks for COVID and 32 more confirm their negative health effects."

An excellent article written by Lifesite which summarizes a ton of the studies that confirm both the ineffectiveness of masks, and their harm. A great resource for you to have at all times.

**BONUS**

So this isn’t a single article but a great resource worth reading through. It outlines a series of communications between a doctor and the Alberta Chief Medical Officer regarding the “science” behind masks. It is pretty fantastic watching the AB CMO all but disappear the moment all of her so called evidence is debunked. Should truly make you question the qualifications of those in charge.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PDF VERSION OF THE LIST ABOVE, I HAVE PROVIDED IT BELOW FOR YOUR PLEASURE! ENJOY!
